Ingredients
2 pounds figs
2 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1/3 c water
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes until thickened.

Let cool and transfer to jars.

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
