Fig Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds figs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/3 c water
  • Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
    2. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil.
    3. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
    4. Let cool and transfer to jars.
    5. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
